THE WORK

The Logistics Analyst will successfully meet and exceed customer requirements on a variety of programs using logistics tools and established processes. The primary responsibility is to support depot functions that include repair, sustainment, and supply operations supporting a variety of Lockheed Martin Programs. The Logistics analyst will meet program sustainment goals utilizing a variety of tools to track and status. Other tasks include:

- Work with depot and program leads/managers to establish depot support requirements.

- Identify problem areas and their impact upon the forecasted/projected program costs and schedules.

- Manage and analyze repairs to determine appropriate repair flow using proper processes and procedures.

- Verify Property control measures are established and followed.

- Provide opportunities for process improvement and associated measurements.

- Perform logistic analysis and preparation of internal and customer reports.

- Track and manage failed part repair activities to insure overall failed part turn-around-time of less than 45 days.

- Must have appropriate interpersonal and teaming skills.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with repair and sustainment operations.

-Experience to analyze repair and demand data and provide synopsis of process health.

-Skills with problem solving and process improvement skills.

-Possess skills to measure material flow, analyze data, and report status.

-Understanding of engineering documents, bill or materials, and scheduling tools.

-Knowledge with asset procurement processes and procedures.

-Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, and Word.

-Able to lift up-to 40 lbs.

Desired Skills:

-Prior experience with Depot operations, scheduling, and team lead skills.

-Knowledge with working contracts and knowledge of military standards and procedures.

-Experience and knowledge with Lockheed Martin Automated Depot Information System (ADIS) and Procure to Pay (P2P).

-Experience with repair and warehouse sustainment operations.

-Familiarity with contract Statements of Work requirements.

Ability to Work Remotely:Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
